At Enya Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
